As well, on this section 3, I will require EXTRAVERTED SENSING THNIKING JUDGING (ESTJ) example for each skill from those 4, that I mentioned: “Self-Awareness, Leadership, Teamwork, Giving Feedback”.
Basically for these 4 skills that need to be explained, with this ESTJ.
For TEAMWORK and LEADERSHIP, I want references and examples from the test that I had during the course: “UNDERSTANDING YOUR PREFERRED ROLE IN A TEAM”, where the results were: SH-SHAPER and RI-Resource Investigator. (A picture with the test will be attached, for better understading).
