You can write on the actual subject or a business you think is utilizing their management strategy in a very unique or successful way or perhaps one that is lacking. There is plenty of latitude in this regard. Just make it interesting and relevant.

The paper is to be 5-6 full pages in length (not including the cover page (if you have one) and the works cited page), 12 point Times New Roman or Arial font, 1″ margins on each side, double spaced. You must have at least four references, have a works cited page, use your references throughout the paper not just in the works cited. I expect for the paper to contain not only information about the subject but also why you chose that particular subject to write about.
