It trades at $27.10/share so I would buy 369 shares of Goodyear Tire and Rubber co. (NASDAQ:GT) I would buy $10,000 worth of Rite Aid Corporation (NYSE:RAD) stock. It trades at $7.61/share so I would purchase 1314 shares in the company. It was a P/E ratio of around 4. The third company is Marathon Petroleum Corp (NYSE:MPC) It trades at $41.05/share I would invest $5,000 and buy 121 shares. It has a decent dividend and is profitable. It is a bit of a gamble as it is in the energy sector, and oil prices have been falling the last year or so, it is down about $20/share off its yearly high around $60/share. Its margins look steady and I think it has a lot of upside in the long term, significant downside risk in the short term. Record the value of the stock in each company.
