This is more a Role Play Paper than an essay. The assignment is one of the sections that are contributed to a group assessment (A simulation of UN Security Council Resolution to the ARMS TRADE TREATY (because it has already hosted during 21-28 March, so it might be more about how the representative of each nations thought about the treaty based on their own background and situation during the meeting, or what might be improved regarding to the draft of the treaty). The instructions are listed below: students are required to submit a ‘Role Play Paper’ that identifies and assesses: 1) the relevant areas of international law and international institutional law that are central to you simulation topic; 2) The key characters and institutions that are relevant to your simulation topic; 3) A character profile of your own character in order to provide a detailed profile of the character you play in the simulation (only information relevant to the simulation topic is required). ; Please divide the paper clearly in to the parts according to the instruction, include Introduction and Conclusion; Part 3 should weight most in the essay, and then part 1, then part 2.
