The Saudi Arabia aviation law regarding the prohibition of alcohol and drugs on aircraft – particularly its enforcement, cases, etc. both with respect to Saudia and other international airlines. You also may wish to examine whether other countries have such prohibitions and how they are, or are not, enforced. At one time I believe Pakistan had such a law.
