Look back at your instructor’s feedback on your thesis on the Week Three Assignment. Reflect: Throughout this course, we have looked at how life has changed for different groups of Americans since the end of Reconstruction. Think about the many ways that the United States has made tremendous progress in realizing equality for all Americans. Where are there still some areas in which there is more to do? What conclusions have you reached while researching your Final Project? What specific events support your conclusion?

Identify four important written programs this company is required to have (keep in mind that not all standards require that you develop a written program or SOP of some sort; although, many companies develop such SOPs regardless). Explain why you believe they are required to have these written programs. Identify five standards that this company is required to provide training for, and briefly describe why this training is required.

Discuss the purposes of each type of assessment, during the instructional design process and during the delivery process. Using examples, discuss similarities and differences between formative evaluation and summative evaluation. Discuss the purposes of each, and how teachers and trainers use them in practical settings. How are these two types used in the instructional design process? How are they used, and what issues can they help the instructor avoid or resolve during the delivery process?
